Recruitment Consultancy is a career like no other. You will receive the financial rewards you can expect from a successful sales career but with the consultative type sales approach. It is a direct sales role. You will be responsible for business development via cold calling, as well as candidate sourcing; via headhunting, advertising, networking and the company database. You will be on the phone for a majority of the day selling your services to new clients and selling your clients to your candidates. This is a 360 sales role. You will need to be able to build rapport easily over the phone and maintain relationships in order to close deals and make commission.
