Trainee recruitment consultant – 1 year sales experience needed

Location: City of London

Salary: £25K basic + Uncapped commission

The Role:

You will use a variety of channels to find talent – LinkedIn, jobsites, adverts, and networking.

Understand people and build rapport.

Conduct initial screening & interview processes for candidates.

Build long lasting relationships with candidates & clients.

Understand the needs of your clients.

Build your network of talents and clients.

Become an expert in recruitment and your industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

Educated to degree level, perfect for a new or recent graduate as all training is provided.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.

Outgoing personality – keen involvement in extra curriculars to add to the passionate and diverse office!

Energy, passion, and enthusiasm.

Resilient – someone who will not give up after the first failure.

Social intelligence and rapport building skills – you will be speaking to all types of candidates and clients.
