My client was established in 1993 and has grown and into one of the largest, privately owned independent agents in the area. Covering the North West Kent area, they deal with the entire spectrum of properties, from affordable first homes to executive detached houses. Their offices are in prime locations and they offer comprehensive Marketing and extensive coverage.

They are seeking a Trainee Negotiator, that can bring enthusiasm to enhance the already successful operation in this office and you will be fully trained.

You will need to have worked in a Targeted Sales environment, Ideally one of the following- Car sales Phone sales Travel/Holiday Sales Call centre Retail Insurance face to face role

They require: A well presented Individual Driven and determined to succeed Have a proven and consistent track record in Sales/Targeted Environment Excellent customer service skills Be prepared to work extra hours if required Open and learning mindset. Someone that wants to be part of a team looking to progress in the next six month to negotiator. Enjoys having fun within a great team environment. Works hard and plays hard. Wants to be the best they can be. Show a passion for building a career in Estate Agency Have a full UK driving licence and own car

Hours of work – You would work 5 days a week to include a Saturday, Hours of work are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm on a Saturday.

Package on Offer – Basic £19000 depending on experience OTE £25,000 in your first year
