Trainee Estate Agent

We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our clients well respected Estate Agent brand in Sheffield.

Estate agency experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided. However experience in Customer service and or a Sales environment is preferred.

Key responsibilities of a Trainee Estate Agent –

• Registering applicants interested in renting a property
• Matching them up to relevant properties we have available
• Canvass valuation leads and carry out property viewings
• Keeping property owners updated
• Negotiating tenancy agreements
• Assist in maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch
• To meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager
• To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
• Negotiating and agreeing the sales or let of available properties
• Diary management
• Local knowledge of surrounding areas

Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Estate Agent:

• Has customer Service or sales experience
• Shows a proven track record in generating new business
• Has a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
• Highly motivated individual
• Excellent timemanagement
• Strong organisational skills
• Has a full UK Driving License and own vehicle

Benefits of becoming a Trainee Estate Agent?

Basic Salary – £17,000 -18,000 plus commission on top, overall earnings in the region of £25,000Benefits (cars etc) – Access to company Pool CarHoliday entitlement – 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)Working Hours – Mon-Thurs 8:30-19:00, Fri 8:30-18:00 Weekend Rota – Alternate Saturdays 10:00-14:00
