SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – SALES NEGOTIATOR – ESTATE AGENT- WATFORD – UP TO £25K BASIC DOE, £50K (upwards) OTE DOE

A successful independent estate agents in Watford are looking to employ a driven Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. You don’t need to sales progress as there is a sales progression department to progress your pipeline – all you need to do is sell!

The role will also involve:

• Dealing with enquiries
• Booking appointments
• Carrying out viewings
• Booking market appraisals
• Updating and maintaining websites
• General office administration.
• Valuing & Listing if Senior level

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence with the use of a car.
