Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Rota Saturdays 9.00am – 4.00pm

Due to continued growth we are looking to add to our client’s team of talented Estate Agents. The ideal candidate will have two years estate agency experience within a busy local Estate Agency.

This award winning independent Sales & Lettings agency covers the Northamptonshire region and enjoys a reputation for professionalism and local expertise.

Key duties within this role will include:

• Meeting and greeting potential customers

• Answering calls and servicing these

• Answering queries

• Following up enquiries

• Booking in viewings and valuations

• Attending and carrying out viewings

• Viewing feedback

• Diary management

• Negotiating sales

• Closing for sales

• Sales Administration

Ongoing training & development is provided

To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
