Our client, a leading, well-respected and innovative agent, has an exciting opening for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their great team in the Witney area.

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• Basic up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE £40,000

Key duties of the Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Progressing sales from start to finish
• Organising and conducting viewings
• Booking and Conducting Valuations
• Building excellent rapport with clientele and 3rd parties
• Meeting set KPIs

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Personable and positive individual
• Keen team player
• Organised and proactive
• Drive to meet/ exceed targets
• Willingness to learn
• Full UK Driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
