Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for exceptional Sales Managers or a current SENIOR SALES MANAGER to join our dynamic team based in our Hemel Hempstead office in Hertfordshire. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who will play a pivotal role in driving property supply and sales, while surpassing revenue targets. As the SENIOR SALES MANAGER, you will be reporting to the Regional Director and you must be able to show leadership and inspire our talented sales team, while crafting and implementing effective sales strategies to ensure our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• To create the largest active on market share of any agent in the area
• To create the largest overall market share on exchanged/let business
• To maximise branch profit
• Exceed the branch s budgeted income levels for residential income and all 3rd party income lines
• Exceed personal budgets and targets
• Hit bonus scheme targets on quarterly basis

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in estate agency sales
• Track record in property valuations with a good consistent conversion rate.
• Own vehicle and full UK driving licence (including business use car insurance)
• Customer service excellence
• Property industry experience
• Be a people person and have attention to detail
• Familiar with the use of IT systems
• A desire to excel in the sales industry

Hours of work:

• Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6.00pm
• Saturdays 1 in 4 10.00am – 3.00pm

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Basic salary £27,000 – £38,000
OTE £55,000
