Independent Estate Agency requires a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator for their busy and successful Newton Abbot office. Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Registering and assisting tenants and purchasers with viewings
• Maintaining close relationships and providing feedback
• Assisting the tenancy process
• Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role:

• Previous lettings experience
• Comfortable working with targets
• Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
• Drive and ambition to ‘add value’
