Our client is a leading independent Estate & Lettings agency which has been established for over 25 years and now has over 10 branches across Northants.

They have have an immediate requirement for an experienced property sales negotiator to join their successful Northampton team and are offering a competitive basic salary and generous commission structure.

Duties:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and applicants
• Promoting the company brand professionally and successfully
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Generating sales referrals for the valuers and in-house finance team
• Working closely with other team members to ensure no opportunities are missed

Person Specification

• This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating
• Valuation / Listing experience desirable, not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport instantly
• Positive approach toward all tasks & a flexible approach towards working hours
• Pro-active in working both independently and as part of a team
• Looking to further your career and to treat the business as your own

Essential Criteria

• A full, valid UK or EU driving license
• Estate agency experience
