Property Manager

Location: Westbourne

Salary: up to £26,000

Hours: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday Mornings – 8.30am-6.00pm

Our client, an established estate agency based in the heart of Poole, pride themselves on being honest and tenacious, helping clients understand the housing market, leaving them with a fantastic service.

They are looking for a Property Manager to help support the in-house team and promote a smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

• Answering calls and making outbound calls when required.
• Support the team and promote a smooth running of the office
• Meeting and greeting customers ensuring they get all the help they need and dealing with any queries they may have.
• Forging relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure that an excellent level of customer service is provided at all times.
• Responding to client communication.
• Maintaining an accurate record and movement of clients’ keys
• Maintain databases, ensuring property, client, applicant, tenant and tenancy details are always up to date and accurate
• Promoting other Estate Agents services where appropriate and refer as necessary.
• Ensuring properties are ready for occupation cleaned and all pre tenancy checks completed.
• Attend to property management issues, obtaining quotes, appointing and monitoring contractors, keeping a record of everything.
• Coordinate gas safety certificates, electrical certificates, EPCs, and Legionella Certificates
• Dealing with end of tenancy check-outs, deposit returns and disputes
• Arranging and executing property inspections and circulating subsequent reports to clients and any arising works followed up
• General office duties.

Qualifications and experience for the Property Manager:

• Excellent Customer Service is essential
• Previous property or estate agency experience would be an advantage.
