This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or FCILEx to join an established, highly respected firm in Bexleyheath.

This position has become available due to a consultant retiring from the practice. The firm has an excellent reputation in the local area and as such, has long standing relationships with estate agents and other referrers.

You will manage your own caseload which will consist of a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including leasehold and freehold properties, lease extensions, transfer of equity, remortgages and shared ownership properties.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing and be ambitious with a desire for personal and professional development, be personable and able to build strong client relationships.
