This is an opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated residential conveyancing fee earner, to join a busy conveyancing department, based on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre.

The successful candidate will join a highly professional and motivated team, where they will support Solicitors whilst also dealing with their own caseload of conveyancing matters.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within the residential conveyancing sector is required.
The purpose of the role primarily will be to:

• Handling caseloads relating to residential conveyancing transactions
• Dealing with Purchase, Transfer, Re Mortgage and Sale transactions
• Liaison with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors
• Be able to generate your own referrals to create your own client base and generate further work for the firm
• Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills required
• Skills, Qualifications, and experience:
• Experience using Proclaim Case Management System is preferred but not essential (Training would be provided)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Digital dictation
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines
• Perform conveyancing transactions accurately, reliably, efficiently and in accordance with the department and firms’ quality procedures
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients ensuring regular contact throughout the transaction ultimately delivering an outstanding client experience
• Liaising regularly with other individuals involved in transactions including lenders and agents
• Handling queries and enquiries efficiently
• Able to work towards strict deadlines
