We are recuirting for two Product Mangers to join our Head of Product at Duologi. Experince of financial services is a plus, and an underatnding of the FCA is essential.
We sepcialise in consumer finance, and Duologi is a trading name of Specialist Lending Limited (SLL) we also operate under the brand name Purple bricks Payment Services. Duologi was set up with the intention of shaking up the world of consumer finance, using technology to simplify the process of arranging consumer finance. You can find more information here.
1. Product Manager, Retail
You will be managaing the Retail POS Fianace product portfolio. The foccus will be 80% monitoring and delivering the product plan and P&L, leading execution and 20% developing new product/commercail variations. You will have experiance with B2B or B2B2C leanding.
2. Product Manager, Property
You will look after the Estate Agents/Property market lending portfolio. 50% of your time will be spent on the exsiting product and the other 50% expanding the product set and assist in market devoplement in adjacent verticals. Familiarity with invoice finance is a plus.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
We are looking for highly analytical candidates, able to synthesize information from various sources, MI, dashboards etc and bring it in one place to allow a 360 degrees monitoring and then work proactively to provide recommendations and deliver them (individually and leading cross-functional teams).
You will be customer centric, can evidence successful examples of ideating and executing on product/user/commercial interventions. You will have the ability to work with existing partners/distributors and also engage with new ones, structuring commercials and reflecting then on contracts with the help of legal counsel. Comfortable presenting ideas, analysis, concepts.
You will be curious and inquisitive by nature, and understand how markets/products work and come up with a better version by following a data-driven approach (test and learn). You will be happy to help grow the business and create product processes/infrastructure at the same time through our scale-up phase .
