We are now looking to recruit a Property Valuer who resonates with our mission, vision and values to drive business and team further to meet our ambitious goals.

Salary: Basic Salary of £25,000 – 28,000 (depends on experience) (OTE £51,000-£54,000)

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri (08:45-18:00) with alternative weekend with a lieu day in the week.

Property Valuer Duties:

• Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
• To build an affiliate army, identifying new business opportunities through the promotion of third parties and current suppliers
• Actively hit targets this includes valuations, instructions, conversion rate, performance bonus, and net promoter score.
• To run “Tips for Crawley Landlords” Facebook Group, Run a facebook group called Tips for Property Sellers & Buyers in Crawley and creating your own Facebook Expert Profile linked to Inspire to be seen as a market expert and “go to” in the world of property.
• Attending conferences, networking locally and nationally to build relationships with industry partners- can include early morning breakfast clubs or evening network groups.
• Identify new opportunities for growing the lettings business
• Approach developers for bringing large portfolios for management
• Creating new sales funnels and nurturing leads with neg
• Manage marketing budget and produce reports outlining ROI on the advertisement and identifying the best marketing strategy
• Continuous professional development -constantly improving current soft/hard skillset. Staying up to date with new trends.
• Continue with legal compliance training and up-to-date knowledge
• Publish on Educational Channels – videos, webinars, publicity
• Nurture sales investors
• Identify the best investment property of the week and showcase it
• To carry out the valuations for Sales/Lettings and close them into instruction.
• Mine data within inspire utilising Customer satisfaction reports and NPS
• Build existing database and manage relationships with current and new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address those needs.
• Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients

Property Valuer Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, promotion
• Proven track record for generating revenue through new business development
• Proven ability to hit targets and strive in sales environment.
• Experience of building partnerships – developing and maintaining successful working and business relationships with variety stakeholders and clients
• Experience of representing and promoting organisations in public forums and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage and influence at senior level.
• Experience of project planning and delivery, including monitoring and evaluation, and working to targets.
• A practical understanding of sales pipelines and the sales lifecycle. The ability to start relationships, nurture leads, negotiate, and close sales.
• Understanding of the marketing including social media marketing, email, and paid advertising.
• Video Content Producer – confident on camera, able to communicate in a clear and concise manner with the audience via camera.
• Results orientated with the ability to set and meet targets and to report against them.
• Must be highly driven and enjoy working with people.
• Passion for the development and education of property world.
• An attitude of continuous innovation and improvement.
• Ability and willingness to network externally.
• Be able to work as a team and seek collaboration.
• IT literate

• A proven track record for driving user acquisition and new business through various channels
• Experience of speaking and presenting at industry conferences, webinars, networking evenings.
• A strong professional network within the property world.
• Familiar with Right Move, Zoopla, MovePal, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom, Street CRM
