Property Manager, Lettings & some Sales Negotiator duties(when needed)

FULL DRIVING LICENSE & CAR IS NEEDED

Our client, is an established Estate Agents in the area, is now looking to develop their existing team with the addition of a Property Manager on their Letting side of the business . You will be dealing with the Lettings for the majority of the week with some help on the Sales Side of the business as needed(if time permits). This is an interesting and varied role which would ideally suit someone some strong Admin and Retail experience maybe within a high street brand who has developed some Customer Service Skills and now wants to expand into Property Management

£22,000basic + circa £3,000 Team Commissions (dependant on experience)

The role will include (3days a week)

• Registering and matching applicants to properties, for properties to Let
• Talking to Tenants taking notes of any problems with the property and reporting to the Landlord
• Speaking to Building Contractors, gaining quotes and booking maintenance works to go ahead

(2 days a week)

• Assisting with branch management
• Booking and assisting with Valuations
• Booking and conducting viewings

The right candidate will:

• Strong Admin Skills
• Have some Customer Service Experience,
• Be keen to learn
• Be well presented
• Have a Full Driving Licence
