Property Manager – Brighton (part home based) – up to £37k

Our client is a long established and highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Surveyors making up one part of a larger property services group specialising in block management.

Overseeing a diverse (but often recognizable/landmark) portfolio of blocks across Sussex (mainly) and the wider South East generally, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:

• Management of a long retained, well-ordered compact portfolio of blocks comprising RMC’s, conversions and a number of settled new builds.
• Undertaking the full range of property management duties, from budget setting to site inspections, major works consultation and insurance provision/claims
• Working with and alongside the wider property management & Accounts teams
• Hybrid working available once settled

Suitable Property Manager’s will live in or close to Hove, come from a stable career background and either hold (or wish to obtain whilst in post) IRPM qualification.

As our client is one of a handful of specialist property managing agents that make up a larger block management group, their position would best suit a property manager keen to work outside of “one size fits all” corporate management.

Remuneration for the successful Property Manager will include a basic salary up to £37k (with uplifts based on tenure and performance) alongside 25 days holiday and a benefits package that includes a number of wellbeing perks.
