My client are an award winning independent and bespoke sales and letting agency based in Leeds looking for full time and permanent Property Manager to join their small and established team in their office. They are looking for someone who can think outside the box, multitask be creative and have the willingness to push yourself and the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• To oversee the smooth running of the Property Management Department
• Handling inquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings, and booking appointments
• Handling difficult situations, problem-solving relating to tenancies
• Ongoing property maintenance
• Being a point of contact for both landlord and tenant
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all landlords and tenants
• Arranging maintenance works on our landlord’s properties
• Liaising with tradespeople for maintenance works
• Organising and conducting move-in appointments with tenants
• Issuing notices to tenants when required
• Conducting end-of-tenancy checkout
• Undertaking inspections on landlord’s properties
• Arrange tenancy renewals and relets
• Ensuring checklists are completed
• Keeping up to date with current legislation
• General administration

Extra

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (Working 2 Saturdays per month)
• You must hold UK driving license and own transport
