PROPERTY MANAGER – SLOUGH – UP TO £28,000 INCLUDING BONUSES

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful independent Estate Agent in Slough.

Our client is an extremely successful Independent Estate Agent, who looking for a Property Manager for their Slough branch. No two days are the same in this role – the environment is fast paced and friendly, and a tight team is paramount.

Job Description

• Day to day property maintenance issues
• Ensuring landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues are fully aware of actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress
• Recording all accurate file notes on the property management system
• Invoicing management and processing
• Obtaining competitive quotes on behalf of the landlord
• Booking check ins/outs & inventories
• Maintain the effective administration of the DPS scheme
• Booking inspections and conducting property visits
• Dealing with contract renewals and extensions
• Deposit returns, negotiation between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages
• Compliance with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legislation
• Exceptional client service levels
