Principle Objectives
Key Duties and Responsibilities include
Aquire basic knowledge of the entire conveyancing process and to be familiar with the roles of support teams such as accounts and post completion.
Ensure all referral reports are up to date on a daily basis.
Attend to any office administration requested to include post, filing, account balances and file closures.
Be capable of dealing with all aspects of a sale transaction from instruction to completion, to include issuing contracts, dealing with freehold/leasehold sale enquiries and exchanging contracts.
Prepare and issue contract papers to the buyers solicitors.
Deal with Freehold and Leasehold sale enquiries.
Provide regular updates to clients, Estate Agents and other solicitors.
Answer the phones in a timely manner
To work any extra hours required to ensure the best service is given and any deadlines are met.
Deal with all contacts in professional manner.
Set up sale and purchases for completion to include preparing the completion pack to be signed by the relevant supervisor.
Ensure secondary forms, Identification, and Source of Funds information is received by client at early stages of the transaction.
Ensure all checklists are kept up to date.

From time to time, as required it may be necessary to carry out extra duties in addition to those listed above.
