You will bring your passion for property and exceptional customer service skills to ensure customers are supported along their property journey. Your responsibilities will be to carry out viewings, open houses and sell ancillary products, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of our client. You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, manage customer relationships and customer contact post-instruction as well as identifying and converting property buyers into future vendors with our client. Responsibilities for this Local Property Agent role will include: Proven customer service skills and sales experience Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an amazing customer experience An interest in the local property markets and market trends UK clean driving license Skills & Experience for this Local Property Agent role: Prioritising our customer needs (making every home move amazing!)
