We are working with an established independent Estate & Lettings Agency who are looking for an experienced all – rounder to join their friendly & professional team.

They are an independent firm of Estate Agents, established in 1993 and owned and managed by property professionals . Their success and reputation arises from providing a high quality customer based service with a pro-active attitude to selling or letting property. Their staff are skilled, enthusiastic and friendly. This, combined with our intimate local knowledge, years of experience and professional approach sets up apart from their competitors.

The prominent High Street position and welcoming office makes them the obvious choice for both sellers and landlords and those wishing to buy or rent a property in the local area.

The ideal applicant will be able to drive and have their own car and have strong admin and communication skills.

You will be responsible for;

• Preparing property marketing (photographs and video tours)
• Booking and carrying out viewings
• Dealing with tenancy applications and referencing & right to rent checks
• Producing the legal tenancy pack
• Conducting the check in.

Other responsibilities will include general admin such as tenancy renewals, tenancy amendments etc. Dealing with rent increases. First point of contact for any tenancy related issues (other than repairs / maintenance and finance issues).

Future potential to take on rental valuations possibly.

This is an integral role in a small team. You will need to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.We are looking for somebody enthusiastic who is keen to take control of their responsibilities and role on a long term basis.
