This is a fantastic role in which you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and creating lasting relationships with tenants to guide them through the lettings process from enquiry to completion.

Job description for a lettings negotiator

• Producing all relevant tenancy paperwork
• Proactively manage own applicants and mailing list to generate viewings.
• Maintain regular contact with applicants
• Conduct viewings in highly professional manner out of the office when required.
• Follow up viewings and provide feedback
• Greet general public in office in professional manner
• Dealing with day to day general enquiries from customers both face to face and over the telephone.
• Actively pursue new business.
• Handle deposits

Job skills for a lettings negotiator

• Experience in Lettings / Residential property is essential
• Local market knowledge is desirable
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Great ability to build rapport.
• Ability to show excellent organisation and efficiency skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Valid UK drivers’ licence
• Local market knowledge is desirable
• Reliably commute to Altrincham
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
