Role Overview: As a Lettings Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering top-notch customer service. This full-time, in-office role requires working one Saturday every three weeks, with time off in lieu for attending viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top customer service both in the office and in the field to our clients.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our property stock and applicants.
• Organise and accompany viewings, serving as the main point of contact.
• Provide concise feedback to the Client Manager after each viewing appointment.
• Manage a diary of appointments to ensure a positive experience for all customers and efficient travel planning.
• Act as ‘front of house’ in the office, handling enquiries and directing customers to the appropriate person.
• Handle incoming calls with a proactive attitude, assisting or relaying detailed messages.
• Make outbound calls to match tenants with properties and successfully let houses.
• Take high-quality property photos, videos, and complete floorplans.
• Collaborate closely with the administration department on property launches.
• Understand and implement diary management logistics.
• Perform leaflet dropping, correct board profiles, and other general tasks to support office efficiency as needed.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Previous property experience is beneficial but not essential
• Experience in a client or customer-facing role
• A valid driving licence is required

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 20,000.00- 25,000.00 per year OTE
