Our client, one of the UK’s leading estate agents with branches operating across the country, are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their office in Sheffield due to continued growth. The Lettings Administrator will be working alongside the team and attending viewings / site inspections on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a position which will offer them great progression and good earning potential.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has experience within a similar role and a full UK drivers license, plus a car to attend viewings and site inspections. This role would suit someone with industry experience who is looking to take the next steps in their career and gain further training / progression.

Lettings Administrator Position Overview

• Booking check ins and outs
• Helping the Negotiators with admin duties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants for all documents
• Arranging valuations
• Dealing directly with clients / applicants looking to let or rent and answer any enquiries
• Attending viewings and site inspections
• Progressing tenancy paperwork

Lettings Administrator Position Requirements

• Must have previous experience working in a lettings environment
• Must be looking for a long-term permanent role
• Must have good administrative skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working in a fast-passed environment
• Strong IT skills
• Full UK driver’s license and Car

Lettings Administrator Position Remuneration

• Salary: £20,000 – £22,000
• Commission structure
• Holiday
