Are you well-presented, articulate and able to think on your feet? Do you have experience working within a fast paced admin and support team? If so, our client, a leading independent estate agent is seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their small yet passionate team where first impressions count!

What will you be doing as a Lettings Administrator?

• Arrange and carry out tenant viewings
• Support and manage the move-in process from start to finish
• Assist the Lettings manager as required
• Communication with Clients, landlords and tenants in a timely manner

What is required for the role of Lettings Administrator:

• Previous Customer facing experience – Lettings would be perfect!
• High levels of Customer Service
• Experience in a fast-paced administrative and support role
• High levels of personal presentation – First impressions count
• Keen eye for detail, a self-starter, highly organised
