An opportunity for an experienced and dependable Executive Assistant to play an instrumental role in closely supporting Managing Director of a country estate.
The role will work closely with the MD and will require someone who consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism, organisation and reliability. It will involve liaison with a wide range of people internally and externally, as well as in areas of management, finance, business development and marketing.
In all cases, the role will require a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and emotional intelligence to approach situations appropriately, demonstrating a high level of courtesy and professionalism in all communications.
Key Duties of the Executive Assistant
The successful EA will be:
Based about 15 minutes north of Hertford, the Estate Office is in a rural location in the centre of the estate park. The offices are smart and provide a comfortable working environment in a recently refurbished historic building. There is plenty of parking!
