We are a leading estate agency based in Sunderland, offering a range of services to our clients including residential sales, lettings, property management, and financial services. We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales negotiator to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a sales negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and ensuring successful completions. You will be working closely with both buyers and sellers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, have excellent negotiation skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market appraisals and valuations of properties
• Generating and following up on leads
• Liaising with buyers and sellers to arrange property viewings
• Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion
• Managing a portfolio of properties for sale
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Keeping up to date with the local property market
• Ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales negotiator in the property industry
• A proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A proactive and motivated approach to work
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
