Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Cheltenham – £23k basic £35k package

A rare opportunity to join this well respected, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive business over several years. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Sales Negotiator for their Cheltenham branch who has experience in Estate Agency or in another Sales related role.

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

• Arranging property viewings
• Negotiating sales
• Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
• Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
• Progressing sales to completion

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

• Experience in Estate Agency or Lettings would be preferable or another sales related role
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays 9am – 2pm with time off in lieu
