Your Move are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator into our very busy and hugely successful Southampton Branch.

Your Move is the UK’s largest single branded Estate Agency business and part of the LSL Property Services group.

In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

We are eager to speak to those looking for an opportunity to start off their property career and equally eager to speak to those looking to progress their career within the industry.

All we ask is that you are passionate about Sales and Customer Service, providing the most exceptional customer journey to all our buyers and vendors.

Working with Your Move you will receive;

• Uncapped OTE in the region of £25,000 – £30,000 plus depending on experience
• Generous car allowance of £3,600 p/annum for Senior Negotiators
• Basic salary from £17,500 depending on experience
• Plus guaranteed monthly commission for the first 6 months
