Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the whole recruitment process, using sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies. This will involve networking to build relationships with clients, advertising for, identifying and approaching suitable candidates, managing interviews and shortlisting candidates, arranging client interviews and taking feedback. Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide an excellent quality of service and generate repeat business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities.

The role of a consultant is hard work and long hours, but if you are willing to put in the effort, the sky is the limit.
