Title: Entry Level recruiter

Location: Newcastle

We are currently seeking people to join their team in Newcastle. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Be money hungry and just wants to work hard!
