Do you have experience of working at an estate agent, but you are looking to make a change and move into the legal profession? Our client has a new business position within the conveyancing department which deals with all initial enquiries coming through from people looking to buy or sell properties.

This is a full-time permanent role, in the Wolverhampton office and the role will be office based.

Our client is a law firm with over ten offices across the West Midlands. This position would suit somebody who has experience with sales progression within an estate agent but who is looking to try something new.

To be considered, you must be able to work full-time and able to work from the firms Wolverhampton office. Your role will be to handle all the conveyancing new business that comes into the firm’s Wolverhampton office, set up new files, send out client care packs and have plenty of client contact.

This is great for somebody looking for a change of career and to try their hand in the legal profession.
