Fame Recruitment Consultants are working with a successful and growing boutique property group located in W1. They are recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team and be responsible for the overall in-house Property management function for a mixed commercial and residential portfolio.The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management and be responsible for the overall performance of the property management team. This role offers autonomy, progression and other perks.Duties will include:- Ability to interpret commercial lease terms from commercial lease documents- Minimise void periods by monitoring expiring tenancies and negotiate rental renewals in line with market trends- Instruct and monitor letting agents on vacant properties- Preparing and monitoring residential and commercial service charge budgets – Approve service charge demands , periodic tenant billing and investigate variances- Handling annual insurance renewal- Minimise vacant property costs including business rates and utility charges Serve valid S20 notices and lead S20 major works process on residential blocksdepartments- Logging deposits with the TDS scheme, negotiating deposit deductions and processing via the platformCandidates applying should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and demonstrable experience in managing teams.
