We are instructed by our client in the West Midlands to recruit for a Commercial Agent to focus on the retail sector.

Key responsibilities will include marketing properties for disposals, viewings, negotiations, agreeing heads of terms, assisting with retail acquisitions and managing the disposals process to ensure a smooth transaction.

The position would suit a person who has gained agency experience within either the residential or commercial sectors or if you have worked within an estates team in a surveying or coordinating capacity and are looking to take on more transactional responsibilities. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to succeed in the role.
