We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Ashford team.Responsibilities:

• Completing all administrative records keeping in accordance with Company policies, procedures and all compliance and legal requirements
• Regular contact with Lettings senior staff
• Administer new starter paperwork, contracts of employment and leaver letters including pre-employment checks and references
• Input and maintenance of data onto our HR system, ensuring that all employee records are accurate and up to date

Our ideal Administrator is

• Previous administrative/secretarial experience would be desirable
• Has an ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Computer literate with experience of using Word, Excel, email systems and the Internet
• Good team player
