We are currently recruiting an Accompanied viewer/Routine Visit Assistant to work on a part time flexible basis in the Your Move branch in Wigton.

Role involves:

• Accompany the client around the property in line with Company guidelines.
• Promote the benefits of the property.
• Feedback to sales staff comments from potential purchasers and faults within the property.
• Conduct Routine inspections of our Rental properties
• Able to work Saturdays essential, with extra weekdays included according to business requirements
• Driving Licence and own car is essential
• Willingness to travel

£9.50 per hour plus expenses for business mileage

The right candidate will need to provide and present excellent customer service, be confident in communication, organised and excel in time management.
