Our client is a highly successful estate agent that is looking for an experienced property professional with a strong listing background to join their busy office in Oxford. This is a great opportunity to join a well-known company that offers a structured career path up to regional management level.

The successful Valuer will be offered:

• £26,000 basic salary
• £50,000 OTE
• Structured career progression

Working hours:

As a Valuer, you’ll be required to work full time.

Valuer requirements:

• Have previous listing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambitious and career orientated
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achievement
• A car owner with a full UK driving license

Duties of the Valuer will include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting the manager in developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties
• Producing high quality marketing, including photographs, descriptions and web marketing
• Assisting the manager with the structure and organization of the office
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
