Trainee Estate Agent Valuer – The Opportunity:

Choosing an estate agent is an important decision. Our clients will provide an extensive – and proven – selling strategy that’s tailored to each individual customer. Their valuers have perfected their craft, helping hundreds of people move forward on their life’s journey and you will learn how to be a huge part of this

Getting to know customers in their own home is a great start. Finding out exactly how you can best help them achieve their goals and why they are moving is key. They provide that personal, professional marketing experience and advice and they help to make sure their customers get the best possible price for their homes. They also help to provide additional assistance to promote other services such as mortgage and solicitor advice

Once trained you will keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of the local market. You will work closely with the team, downloading new properties that have been brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers.

Trainee Estate Agent Valuer – The Package:

• Basic Salary: £22,000
• Initial On Target Earnings: £35,000 (including car allowance)
• Working Pattern: 5 days per week including one Saturday off per month
