Key responsibilities of a Trainee Estate Agent –

• Generating new business from booking in valuations, financial appointments with the inhouse mortgage services
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Skills and Experience

• Preferably previous sales experience within a customer focused environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Driven and competitive personalities
• IT literate (MS Office, Internet, email systems)
