If you are an aspiring Estate Agent with a passion for sales then this is a great opportunity to be part of an independent, well established estate agents team in the heart of Surrey. As a Trainee Sales Negotiator you will work throughout the Ewell / Epsom/ Stoneleigh / Chessington area, selling properties under the guidance of your well experienced manager and fellow colleagues. This is a fast paced role that requires drive and enthusiasm an a passion for selling houses!As Trainee Sales Negotiator you will be involved in working both in and out of the branch, appointment booking, conducting viewings and generating sales, so you will need to love dealing with people and be confident selling on the telephone and in person. A full driving license and your own car is essential as you will be covering the Ewell, Epsom, Stoneleigh and Chessignton area. (Mileage will be fully reimbursed). You will be rewarded with a competitive salary which offers a basic salary plus commission on all sales which you generate.Although direct estate agency experience is preferred, it is not essential. Some sales and customer service experience is required. During an average day you could be:• Answering the phone, registering applicants and answering queries as applicable.• Attending viewings.• Maintaining contact with Applicants.• Passing prospective valuations to the valuations team• Maintaining records on custom software as required.• Negotiating offersBenefits:Gaining experience from a well established team of Estate Agents in order to achieve targets and earn commission on the sales you produce, paid at 2% of all sales.Monday to Friday (with 1 lieu day to be arranged) 9am to 6pm and every Saturday – hours currently 9am to 4pm. With advance warning these days may be flexible and some flexibility may be required to provide cover during staff holidays.
