We are a property maintenance, refurbishment and project contractor. We work with managing agents, principal contractors and developers from large PLCs to private clients. We work closely to deliver maintenance and refurbishment solutions to their portfolios. Our focus on quality, expertise and programme delivery enables our clients to drive optimum performance from their real estate assets.

We are growing our skilled team of operatives and are looking for tradespeople with a commitment to quality and workmanship.

We are seeking a nuber of skilled labourers, carpenters & decorators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction work, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing & decorating. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction or related fields.
• Skills: Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment. Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and/or masonry skills are highly desirable.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Knowledge: Understanding of construction safety practices and building codes.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Certification: CSCS Card holder other qualifications
  (first aid, pasma etc) highly desirable
• Hours: Standard working hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday toFriday, with occasional overtime and weekend work subject to availability.
