KEY BENEFITS:

• £25-30K Basic £50-60K OTE

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 Years minimum Estate Agency experience
• Proven track record in winning new instructions
• Must have your own car

The ideal Senior Sales Valuer candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The Senior Sales Valuer candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.

Senior Sales Valuer:

• Must be able to list properties
• Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
• Passion for selling houses
• Chance to work for a market leading agent
• Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
• Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
• Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Carry out viewings of properties
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
