Join a leading Estate Agent in Colchester as a Senior Sales Progressor, working Monday to Friday, with flexible and hybrid working, plus an OTE of £37,500k.

Responsibilities for the Sales Progressor role

• Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process, ensuring timely completion of property transactions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong communication throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales progress and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and uphold the reputation of the business for excellent service.

Skills & Experience for this Sales Progressor role:

• Proven experience in sales progression within the property industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
