SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – KINGS LANGLEY – BASIC SALARY UP TO £25k – OTE UP TO £40K DOE

DO YOU HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL SALES?

Our client is an Independent Estate Agent in Kings Langley and they are looking for a enthusiastic Senior Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, and generating new business
• Be able to cover valuations in Managers absence
• Able to work as a team and independently
• Self motivated
• Enthusiastic and willing to work hard to achieve results
• Maintain frequent and regular contact with clients and customers
• At least 2 years residential sales experience
• Extremely good Negotiator
• Have a passion for the selling
