About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our thriving estate agency team in Cobham, Surrey. With an attractive OTE of £50,000 per annum, comprising a £25,000 basic salary supplemented by an excellent commission structure and initial guarantee, along with a generous car allowance, this role promises substantial earning potential.

Operating in a well-established office, you’ll focus on selling family homes and luxury estates in Cobham and its surroundings.

What We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for candidates with estate agency experience, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills. While local knowledge is preferred, it’s not mandatory, and a UK driving license is essential, with a car allowance provided.
