Senior Sales Negotiator 24K BASIC – £45-55K OTE 5 DAY WEEK

The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least 3 years experience as a sales negotiator. The Senior Sales negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. You should be a established lister/valuer.

Senior Sales Negotiator:

• 3 years Property Sales experience
• Must be a established property lister/valuste
• Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
• Passion for selling houses
• Chance to work for a market leading agent
• Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
• Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
• Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Carry out viewings of properties
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
• Must have a valid driving license and own car
