Senior Block Manager

Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: Central London (1 day/week in the office, 4 working from home)

I have partnered with an extremely reputable managing agent based in Central London, who are looking to add to their team at a senior level.

Your responsibilities:

• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
• Day to day maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
• Liaising with contractors regarding reactive maintenance
• Managing major works projects and serving section 20 notices
• Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
• Ensuring health and safety regulations and legislation are up to date

Key requirements:

• MIRPM qualified
• Significant experience managing a block portfolio (applicants without experience will not be considered)
• Knowledge of the section 20 process and proven experience overseeing major works projects
• Experience with budgeting
• A positive, can-do attitude (service with a smile!)
• Strong system use (Microsoft, Cube)
