Our client is a successful, well-established, independent estate and letting agent based across Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. They’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their Witney Office.

Working Hours:

As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll be required to work full-time.

The successful Senior Property Manager will be offered:

• £33,000 Basic Salary
• £50,000 OTE
• Private healthcare
• Market share and service bonus

To be considered for the Senior Property Manager role, you must have the following attributes:

• Manage an individual portfolio of properties
• Developing long-standing business relationships with Landlords
• Appointment and monitoring of contractors on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
• Chasing rent arrears
• Process checkouts and deposits promptly
• Conduct audits and analyses on processes and KPIs.
• Property inspections, checkouts, and inventories
