• Being offered with the option of full time or part time hours doing 3 to 4 days per week.

• An established and ambitious independent Lettings Agency are looking for a multi skilled Letting Agent with strong selling, listing and closing skills.

• You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Lettingss, Valuations and Listings in your area. You should have a successful track record in Lettings and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister Key objectives: – Letting, Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards.

Remuneration: Basic salary to £20,000 if full time with on target earnings of £30,000. Salary will be pro rata accordingly if part time hours doing 3 or 4 days per week.
